Sloterdijk-Centrum needs a new image. The first step is taken with the construction of Vertical.  The design is as sustainable as possible. For example, rainwater is stored, there are solar panels on the roof and the building stores heat and cold in the ground.

All the piling work was monitored bij Ekal using the EKAL-method. Because of this ekal was able to analyse the behaviour of the piles, enabling the load-bearing capacity to be accurately determined. That’s how the foundation of Vertical is guaranteed to be good and solid.
