Eden District is distinguished by its focus on sustainability. This is the first project that has succeeded in integrating a full roof PowerNEST into the design, so that sustainable energy can be generated for 27 houses.

95 homes are manufactured with a total of 26 different housing types. For all these houses there is a private outdoor space and a shared outdoor space, which gives a unique outdoor feeling. Ekal has provided a guarantee for a good foundation of this project. This is because pile checks and vibration measurements have been made. In addition, the EKAL method was used, which made it possible to analyse the bearing capacity of the piles.
