The Judicial Complex in Zaanstad is the largest penitentiary in the country. It houses a Penitentiary Psychiatric Center, a Detention House and a prison, and can accommodate 1000 detainees. The institution meets all current requirements and standards and thus offers opportunities for maximum self-reliance of individuals and optimally prepares them for a return to society.
EKAL has contributed to a solid foundation of this building and thus contributed to the safety of society. The pile-driving of the more than 4000 piles has been monitored from start to finish by the expert advisers of EKAL. The pile drivers has been guided, and the carrying capacity is guaranteed by the EKAL method.
